If

How
Leveling Works for You in a Party
When
you form a party with other players, the total experience you receive
from killing each monster increases. This experience is then shared
among all party members depending on your character level. Naturally
the higher level players in the party will gain more experience per
kill.
You
will also be rewarded with bonus experience when you have a Dark Knight
DK, Dark Wizard DW and Elf in your party. Full Party refers to a party with
at least 1 DK, 1 DK and 1 Elf. The maximum number of
players in a party is also capped at 5 players for global MU Online.

see, a 5 player full party with a DK, DW and Elf will reap you the most

In short, you should do the
following to enjoy maximum experience:
Party
players who are 80 to 130 levels lower than you. Your experience will
suffer if you party players who are higher level than you or players
who are more than 130 levels lower.
Always try
to amass a full party with a DK, DW and Elf to enjoy bonus experience.
If
you are already in a full party, you can further accelerate your
leveling by ensuring that your party has 5 players for 10% more
experience.
